[15a-A404-10] The Band Structure Evaluation of MoS2(1-x)Te2x

In this study, the band structure evaluation MoS2(1-x)Te2x, the alloy of MoS2 and MoTe2, is reported. MoS2 and MoTe2 were co-sputtered in order to obtain the precursor for the following thermal treatment in Te or S ambient with organic precursor. Spectroscopic ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction evaluations were carried out to obtain the bandgap, the valence band edge positions, and the physical strucuture, respectively. From these results, it was revealed that the band structure shifts according to the Te concentration.
