The diamond NV center is expected to have various applications such as magnetic sensors. Usually, the method of exciting the diamond is to excite the diamond from the outside to the bulk substrate, and the efficiency is not so high. This should be solved especially for a future large-sized substrate. This time, in order to solve these problems, we propose a structure in which a waveguide for excitation is integrated on a diamond substrate using a heterogeneous material integration technology.
