NiCo2O4 is a magnetic oxide with an inverse spinel structure. Recently, it is attracting much attention because of the possibility as a spintronics material. In this study, we prepared the NiCo2O4 films by reactive MBE method and annealing in a high oxygen atmosphere, and the characteristics were examined.
