In recent years, research on perovskite solar cells having high energy conversion efficiency has been actively conducted. Research was conducted on the p-type semiconductor layer (hole transport layer) used in the battery. In our laboratory, we succeeded in developing a low-temperature, solution process for copper iodide (CuI), an inorganic p-type semiconductor. However, this method requires heating at 150 ° C, and is difficult to apply to a flexible resin substrate. In this study, we added alkali metal ions and aimed to make them conductive by heating at low temperature.
