[15a-PB2-20] Measurement of Emission Propagation Phenomena in Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet

Recently, an atmospheric pressure plasma jet has been applied to many fields, and many phenomena induced by plasma were observed. However, there are many unclear points in the mechanism. To promote the understanding the mechanism, we consider that clarifying plasma characteristics is important. In this study, we focused on emission propagation phenomena which relates to plasma production. A streamer propagation were observed by measurement system using an avalanche photodiode. In addition, change of the phenomena by discharge conditions were observed.
