[15a-PB2-5] TEM observation of plasma treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes

Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) generally have high production efficiency and retain excellent physical properties. In this presentation, changes in the surface state of plasma-treated MWCNTs are observed with a transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the results are reported. According to the results of this experiment, it was found that the thickness of MWCNTs was changed by exposing it to a specific plasma. In this presentation, we report the results in detail.
