We research the Si photonic integrated-circuit based non-mechanical LiDAR system, which is aimed to achieve low-cost, small-size, and high sensitivity. We achieved to fabricate the non-mechanical scanner system on the Si photonic chip. In this presentation, we report the results of outdoor evaluation of the prototype LiDAR.
