The surface made of scatterers smaller than wavelength is called metasurface and can spatially modulate light. So far, it has been shown that optical amplitude and phase, or polarization and phase, can be modulated independently using dielectric metasurface. In this talk, we will show that metasurface made of two different kinds of metaatom, Double Phase metasurface, can modulate optical amplitude, phase, and polarization all together independently.
