In decommissioning of nuclear facilities, it is required to inspect surface contamination for reducing worker radiation exposure. Especially in surface contamination inspection, it is important to analyze alpha-ray artificial nuclides that cause internal radiation exposure. In this presentation, we will report the results of verification of the application of the unfolding method to the energy spectrum in order to perform nuclide analysis using alpha ray spectra in the field.
