In order to confirm luminescence from single excitons in a localization center formed in low Al-content Al_xGa_1-xN (x < 0.25) thin film, photon autocorrelation measurements were performed. We observed single photon generation, implying that the centers are quantum dot-like structures within which single excitons can be localized.
