Kensho Okamoto, Emeritus Professor Kagawa Univ. Japan, found in 2012 a completely novel power transistor device named "power Distar", which was consist of three high-power LEDs and a small Si solar cell. The structure of the power distar is very simple, such as three LEDs and a Si solar cell are merely connected in series. Recently, we found that it is possible to realize a power Distar using a Si solar cell and the newest "two" high-power LEDs. We will introduce such a two-LED power distar in this conference.
