Until now, we reported that solar cells such as CdTe and InGaP can be applied as dosimeters in severe radiation environments. In addition, we reported that the solar cells with the sintered boron plate can be used as a neutron flux monitor. In this work, we investigated the fabrication and characterization of B4C and LiF films by screen-printing method for fabricating converters suitable for solar cell dosimeters.
