[10p-N307-10] Development of fast X-ray imager “HAYAKA” and its application for sub-sec X-ray computed tomography

The high-speed X-ray camera "HAYAKA" was newly developed for fast non-destructive three-dimensional observation using quasi-white synchrotron radiation. This camera is a lens-coupling type and can transfer images at a maximum speed of 6,560 frames per second. The feasibility test of fast CT combined with a stepping motor shows a 3D images can be obtained within 50 ms.
