[10p-N307-12] Dynamic visualization of laser processing using Talbot interferometer
Keywords:X-ray phase imaging, Dynamic visualization, Laser processing
X-ray phase imaging has a higher contrast than absorption imaging for light-Z materials. Dynamic visualization is expected to be applied to the observation of phenomena in a wide range of fields such as material and biological sciences. Laser is a precision processing technique. However, the phenomena inside materials under and after irradiation are not always well understood. In this study, we constructed a Talbot interferometer in SPring-8 and performed a fringe scanning method by translating the grating. Sample was also translated for dynamical visualization, and we observed the phenomena under and after laser irradiation with a time resolution of 5ms.
