X-ray phase imaging has a higher contrast than absorption imaging for light-Z materials. In this study, we have been developing a pixel super-resolution technology using a needle beam array formed by a triangular phase grating. Since we can observe microscopic images with a larger field of view, it is expected to be constructed as a unique device. In the presentation, we will report on the current status of the development of device and the image quality of the generated super-resolution phase image.
