Aiming at a development of a new strategy for controlling a quantum state of exciton polariton in organic materials, the optical modes in microdisks made of organic semiconductor composing of a square-block type unit cell were investigated. Consequently, varying a length between adjacent disks (L), long-range mode coupling as long as 8 mm was observed. This result shows controlling the strength of mode coupling was realized by L. In this study, we report on the result of the mode analysis by optical experiment and simulation.
