We have proposed a beam sweeping device using a VCSEL amplifier with a DBR slow-light waveguide structure as a scanning LiDAR light source, and have realized high-resolution and high-power operation and applied it to 3D imaging. In this report, we investigate the real-time measurement of a distance of several tens of meters by non-mechanical LiDAR using a swept element integrated with a wavelength tunable VCSEL as a light source and an existing indirect ToF sensor for flash light source as a receiver.
