[11a-N102-7] Basic studies for realizing electrically pumped perovskite laser diodes

Metal halide perovskite is received attention as a luminescence material of LED. In this research, we studied the decaying of exciton and luminescence property at low temperature of quasi 2-dimensional perovskite using 1-Naphthylmethylamine, and we show possibility for realizing electrically pumped perovskite laser diodes.
