Surface plasmon resonance sensors are analytical tools for acquiring near-field information on metal surfaces, and are used in various applications such as refractive index sensors and biosensors. However, the general angle-scanning SPR sensor requires mechanical incident-angle scanning, which makes real-time measurement difficult. In this study, we aim to realize real-time measurement of the resonance angle spectrum by combining a relay lens optical system and a high-speed angle scan using a galvano mirror.
