In order to improve the analysis quality and shorten the analysis time, the development of methods to automatically separate waveforms from spectra has been actively studied. Especially in XANES spectra, the number of atoms bonded to the target element, symmetry, ligands, elemental types, and valence states can be obtained in detail by waveform separation. In this study, we developed a method for fast waveform separation without prior information using K-edge XANES spectra.
