[11p-N201-7] Cell analysis to be networked
Keywords:ghost cytometry, machine learning, cell analysis
We are developing cell analysis and its utilization technologies that achieve high-speed, high-content, and high-scalablity by integrating optical, fluidic, electrical/mechanical, genetic engineering, information, and material technologies.
In this talk, I will introduce our recently developed ghost cytometry, an approach for fast and accurate analysis of image information without creating an image, which enabled a mchine vision-activated cell sorting. This technology is currently equipped with both fluorescence imaging mode and label-free imaging mode. I introduce the strengths and classifications of each. If time permits, I would also like to introduce the direction of further new technologies that are different from ghost cytometry.
