We consider the dispersion and mode conversion of spinwave in ferromagnetic metal under the spin-transfer torque due to spin-polarized current. When the current density exceeds the critical current, the superluminal region is generated in which the speed of current-driven domain wall motion is higher than the speed of the spinwave. The dispersion structure in the superluminal region is known as anomalous dispersion, where a spinwave mode conversion and anoumalous propagation occurs.
