[11p-N301-8] Structure and Properties of k-Al2O3-type Structured Multiferroic Thin Film

We will discuss about k-Al2O3-type structured multiferroic thin films. k-Al2O3-type structured materials belongs Pna21 space group with polar structure, and can be written by sesqui-oxide(A2O3). There are three oxygen octahedra(6-coodination) and one tetrahedron(4-coodination) in the unit cell. The direction of oxygen closed packing is along c-axis in crystal. It is known that k-Al2O3-type structured materials shows ferroelectricity and ferrimagnetism. We will explane structure and properties of prepared thin films.
