放射光X線は、その輝度の高さによりX線顕微鏡に適したものとなっている。実効分解能100nmの計測や20kHz以上での高速度撮影、さらに適切な光学系を用いることでmg/cm3以上の濃度分解能を持つ位相計測も可能となっている。本講演では、これらの計測を支えるX線画像検出器の現状及び今後の開発に関しての講演を行う。
