[11p-S401-17] Basic research on microfluidic systems integrating surface acoustic wave and localized surface plasmon resonance sensors
Keywords:surface acoustic wave
In the medical and biotechnology fields, there is a demand for a microfluidic system that can transport and measure droplets by integrating liquid pretreatment and sensors on a single substrate. Therefore, we have realized a new microfluidic system by integrating surface acoustic waves (SAW) capable of transporting and mixing droplets and localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) sensors capable of inspecting droplets on a substrate. The aims. In this study, we experimentally investigated how SAW excitation affects LSPR.
