[12a-N104-10] Silver photodiffusion into amorphous germanium sulfide – Structural study by XAFS, neutron reflectivity and Raman scattering measurements

We investigated the silver photodiffusion kinetics into a chalcogenide layer by time-resolved neutron reflectivity measurements. To clarify the structural changes in the kinetics, we measure XAFS, neutron reflectivity, and Raman scattering of Ag/ Ge20S80 bi-layers exposed to the LED light with the peak wavelength at 405 nm with different exposure time.
