[12a-N104-6] Dynamic Viscoelasticity of Ge-Sb-Se Glass around Transition Temperatures

本研究ではGe-Sb-Seガラスを対象として動的粘弾性特性を観察し、一軸変形試験の結果と合わせて考察する。Ge20Sb15Se65ガラスの貯蔵弾性率E’(ω)の温度依存性において150℃, 220℃および250℃近傍において明瞭なE’の減少とそれに対応したE”の変動が見られ、より複雑な緩和過程が存在することが分かった。その原因について議論する。
