[12a-N202-4] Photon-Breeding Process and Dissipative Structure 2
Keywords:photon-breeding, dissipative structure, dressed photon
The photon-breeding(PB) process, developed by T. Kawazoe and M. Ohtsu, makes light emitting diode(LED) from the indirect-transition-type semiconductor; the PB process optimizes the configuration of the impurity atoms to function as the luminous site, by means of annealing with the carrier current under the laser irradiation leading to the stimulated emission, of which wavelength is desirable as of the LED after the process. The previous presentation focuses on the PB process in view of the dissipative structure, and this time, I discuss the entropy, considering the transversal current density associated with the dressed photon (the electromagnetic field immanent in the matter).
