△ [12p-N202-3] Plasmonic color modulation by crystalline Ag nanocube monolayer
Keywords:Plasmon, Metal nanoparticles, Color filters
The purpose of our research is to demonstrate color modulation by dynamically controlling the plasmon resonance excited in an assembled silver nanocube monolayer. The plasmon resonance of the silver nanocube monolayer depends on the inter-cube distance. This study fabricated a crystalline silver nanocube monolayer on a stretchable and transparent substrate and continuously controlled the inter-cube distance by stretching the substrate. The transmitted light color changed continuously from magenta, orange, to yellow by stretching the substrate from 0 % to 20 %.
