[12p-N301-8] Contradiction of Vortex Domains Indicated by Appropriate Permittivity for Depolarization Field

Vortex domains are considered as a new type of domains originating from depolarization field. We estimate this field using recent results on the permittivity for depolarization field. This shows that the experimentally observed vortex-like domains are unrelated with theories of vortex domains. Rather, these domains are considered as the miniature ac (90o) domains or (flux closure) caused by strain.
