The thin film formation of a solution-processed π-conjugated polymer was studied by an in-situ grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering method. When the film formation began at the measurement point, the diffraction peaks derived from the lamellar structure was appeared. The diffraction intensity increased and the peak position shifted to the wide-angle side as time proceeds. This change seems to be due to the formation of swollen aggregates during solution drying, and discharging the solvents in the drying process.
