Electric double-layer transistors using ionic liquids can induce high-density carriers at the interface of semiconductors that is one order of magnitude higher than that of conventional transistors with solid dielectrics. In this study, we induced high-density carriers in organic single-crystal semiconductors using electric double-layer transistors, and evaluated the temperature dependence of sheet resistivity and magnetotransport properties.
