A vibration power generation device using the inverse magnetstrictive effect, which is the interaction between magnetism and elasticity will be explained. The research results on Fe-Ga alloy single crystals and Fe-Co-V alloy polycrystals will be exhibited for application as magnetic materials of vibration power generation.
