[13a-N105-9] Proposal of terahertz wave beam steering method using wavelength dispersion of optical fiber

In high-speed communication using terahertz waves, it is necessary to concentrate power for transmission by beam steering. This time, we devised a new beam steering method using the phase shift of light waves based on the wavelength dispersion of optical fibers. Experiments are also conducted to confirm the principle. It was confirmed that the intensity of the terahertz wave changed periodically by giving a phase shift from 0 to 4π. From this result, the effectiveness of the proposed method was shown.
