Polyaniline is one of the most promising conductive polymers. Polyaniline can be synthesized in water under air. While, polyaniline has poor workability. Conductive materials are developed by composed with polyaniline and other workable materials. In this research, conductive fiber with high conductivity was synthesized by composed with polyaniline and fiber in the process of preparation of regenerated fiber. The evaluation of the electric field transistor with this conductive fiber was investigated. Furthermore, frequency properties were also investigated.
