Healthcare application using wearable devices has attracted great attention due to convenient and real-time monitoring of vital signals. To add the conformability of wearable device, flexible sensor device is another interesting topic to move forward to realizing future wearable device platform. Our group has also proposed a multifunctional healthcare sensor sheet for continuous and real-time monitoring. To improve the sensor sheet for a practical application, sensor size is critical. To address this issue, this study reports the size dependence of the electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor to minimize the sensor without sacrificing signal quality. Finally, real-time continuous ECG recording is successfully realized.
