Keywords:Optical device, Organic EL

Since the light emitting layer inside the organic EL is made of an organic substance that is sensitive to oxidation and moisture, it has a drawback that the light emitting life is short. Therefore, we try to improve the deterioration by producing a hybrid fluorescent thin film in which the organic light emitting material is covered with an inorganic material (SiO2) having oxidation resistance and water resistance. In particular, the purpose of this study is to further improve deterioration by covalently bonding a luminescent polymer (organic) having a vinyl group and a silane coupling agent (inorganic) by a radical reaction to improve dispersibility.
