Control of surface structures using liquid-crystalline polymers has attracted great attention. Recently, we revealed the formation of surface relief structures induced by molecular diffusion triggered by spatially selective photopolymerization. In this study, we investigated the formation behavior of these structures formed by patterned-photopolymerization. In addition, we found the formation of micrometer-sized surface structures.
