Quantitative information on depth of cancer invasion is of importance for cancer diagnostics; however, the acquisitions of depth profile in biological tissues are difficult with an optical method. The cancer detection method with circularly-polarized-light scattering which we have proposed can probably provide the depth profile of cancer invasion by modulating the scattering volume (depth) with manipulations of the detection angle. Reported in this paper is Monte Carlo simulation results for depth identification of cancer invasion using this method with two appropriate wavelengths which is picked from the wavelength dependence of figure of merit for this method.
