In liquid metal alloys, there is a eutectic alloy called Ga-In-Sn. This is an eutectic alloy composed of Ga, In, and Sn in a mass ratio of 68.5 : 21.5 : 10.0. Liquid metal alloys have high flexibility as well as high electrical conductivity. In addition, the liquid metal alloy forms an ultra-thin and uniform metal oxide film on its surface. The metal oxide film formed at this time is determined by the Gibbs free energy of the material in the liquid metal alloy.
