近年、LSI集積回路の普及により、トランジスタ微細化の需要が高まっている。トランジスタの単純な微細化は集積率の上昇に直結するが、同時にオフリーク電流の増加や疑似的なキャパシタの形成などの問題も生じる。そこで本研究ではトランジスタの材料と構造に着目し、チャネル材料には二次元半導体を採用、その中でも特にリン(P)の同素体の一つであるフォスフォレンを中心としてデバイスシミュレーションを行った。
