[23p-P11-20] Changes in Electrical Properties and Surface Conditions due to Molecular Adsorption on MoS2 Surface
Keywords:Transition Metal Dichalcogenide, Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Surface Chemistry
FETs made of MoS2 are sensitive to changes in the surface environment and are expected to be excellent molecular sensors. One of the issues for practical use is the identification of adsorbed molecules, and I would like to confirm that the behavior of changes in electrical characteristics differs when the adsorbed molecules are changed. In this study, we expected the methyl red molecule, which is expected as an electron donor, to be adsorbed on the MoS2 surface and behave differently from the previously reported acceptor molecule. At the same time, we also tried to observe changes in the surface state of MoS2 using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
