For improvement of energy conversion efficiency of thermoacoustic systems, the external sound wave is superimposed with a loudspeaker to the working fluid in the stack. In the previous study, the work flow generation of the stack was enhanced by improving heat exchange area by this method. In this study, to study the effect of the resonant mode on work flow generation, this experiment installed the stack at the difference position in the system. As a result, the heat exchange area was increased regardless of the resonant mode showing a self-excited vibration and enhance thermoacoustic phenomenon.
