[16a-Z23-10] Phase relationship of Sr-Si system around Si concentration of 66.7 at. %

In this study, Sr-Si alloys Sr1-xSix were synthesized by Ar arc-melting. The samples were characterized using ICP-optical emission spectroscopy, electron-probe microanalysis and powder X-ray diffractometry. These results showed that at atmospheric pressure, SrSi2 does not have the high temperature phase with a tetragonal structure and SrSi2-x has the tetragonal phase.
