[16p-Z06-7] Research and Development in Silicon-based Quantum Computers

Now companies and institutes developing integrated semiconductor devices and circuits attend to quantum technologies and target not only superconducting but also semiconductor devices. In this presentation, I’m going to review the world-wide R/D progress in silicon-based quantum computers from the viewpoint of hardware engineering with intending to technologies that are required and should be developed for the practical realization of silicon-based quantum computers.
