[16p-Z20-9] Photoinduced Ion-Transport in CH₃NH₃PbI₃ Perovskite Solar Cells

For the CH₃NH₃PbI₃ perovskite solar cells, the ionic motion of ions such as I^- anions or vacancy (cations) of I^- influences on the unusual photovoltaic property of hysteresis of current-voltage curve. The ionic motion has been estimated only from transient current at real devices. In this report, we observed ionic motion as transmittance change in the photoinduced absorption spectroscopy.
