大気圧プラズマ溶射および衝撃焼結法でコーティングしたフッ化イットリウムの重量変化、表面粗さ、結晶グレインサイズ、原子組成変化を調べた。結晶グレインサイズが小さくなると、重量変化、F_1sの原子組成変化が小さくなる。
