[17a-Z21-2] Evaluation of YBCO coated conductors with a Sr_1-xLa_xTiO₃ conductive buffer layer

YBCO/La-STO/Ni/Cu/SUS wires with La-STO as the conductive buffer layer were fabricated and the orientation, resistivity, I-V characteristics and microstructure of La-STO and YBCO thin films were investigated. As a result, it was found that it is possible to fabricate wires with Jc = 1.1 MA/cm² at 77 K under self-field conditions, which is equivalent to that of practical superconducting wires.
