Our previous study revealed that post annealing under humid atmosphere leads to the generation of stacking faults in RE123 thin films by FF-MOD method and improvement of Jc properties under low magnetic fields. In our recent study, low temperature post annealing below 200°C were systematically investigated in Y123 thin films. It was found that prolonged annealing introduced stacking faults even at low temperatures.
