Keywords:Thermoelectric device

These devices fabricated easily using the very simple hot-press technique are characterized by very compact in size, and exhibiting maximum output power of 168 µW at ΔT = 50 K. The maximum power density was estimated from the devise size to be 1.53 mWcm-2. These numbers with mechanically robust nature of our developed thermoelectric devices should be very useful for commercial applications.
